Forest Park Hospital has consolidated its services with St. Alexius Hospital. Effective as of August 1, 2010, the facility at 6150 Oakland Avenue, Saint Louis Missouri 63139, is now St. Alexius Hospital – Forest Park Campus.

Forest Park Campus provides 24/7 emergency care, psychiatric and pharmacy services.
